While at MetLife, I've worked with a variety of internal and external teams to create and nurture healthy, long-standing relationships with brokers and employers. It's my objective to help customers better understand their insurance benefits options through impactful marketing campaigns that educate and influence action.

Through a broker outreach campaign, I was able to provide brokers with the digital and collateral materials needed to connect with employers and establish a foundation of trust. Benefits options are known to be intimidating and complicated, and the material provided to brokers helped simplify the offering and influence sales.
